Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Estimated Delivery

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number to the email used at checkout. Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days.

Please note: Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, email us at mademarloe@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.

If your order has not arrived within 60 days of your purchase date, contact us for a full refund. (This excludes delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.)

International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges are not included in the product price. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
