How to Request a Refund
Email us at mademarloe@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for your return. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24–48 hours. Simply drop the package off at any post office, and we'll process your full refund within 48 hours of receiving your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping and will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
- The customer provided an incorrect shipping address
- Items are returned after the 30-day window
- Items are not returned in their original packaging and condition
Returned to Sender
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you provided, we will reship it to you upon payment of a new shipping fee. If you choose not to reship, we'll issue a refund minus original shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. If the package is lost or destroyed in transit before reaching us, we can offer a 50% store credit toward a future order.
Order Cancellations
Because our products are fulfilled on demand, orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Please email mademarloe@gmail.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
